After the past experience I've had with M&M as a repair shop, and with the dealer I'm trying to work with to get my current vehicle repaired (some of the items that I was told were repaired weren't while under warranty), it looks like M&M will be my next car dealership as well. Keep up the great work.

Thank you to Andy at M & M automotive at 1260 Hopmeadow Street for taking time out of his busy schedule to help get a broken license plate screw out of my car trunk today, free of charge. The head broke off and I didn’t have proper equipment to extract it. He did it no problem and even gave me bolts to put the plate back on. Much appreciated and awesome customer service.

Bill, Chris and Jason have all been terrific over the last six years. Just yesterday, we had new tires put on our Audi Q5–they price-matched the same tire on sale locally and had the job completed within a few hours. I can’t say enough about their service and their positive approach to your car.
